Fermentation Workshop with Bob Mathews

Want to try fermenting foods at home? Sauerkraut is an easy place to start!  See the simple steps of the process firsthand as Bob demonstrates.  A discuss of methods and techniques will follow, so you can return home and make your own batch with confidence.  You'll also learn about other fermented foods, such as kimchi, yogurt, kefir, and sourdough bread.  Samples of fermented foods will be available for tasting.
