  • Nashville Zoo, 3777 Nolensville Pike, Nashville, TN 37211

Come to the Historic Gardens at Grassmere behind the Croft House at the Nashville Zoo for an Earn & Learn Workshop on Saturday, April 2nd.  We will be prepping soil, planting vegetables, and doing other interesting and fun activities around the gardens. Experience a new but old approach to gardening using hands on organic methods.

Arrive by 8:30am and meet us in the Croft Center found just left of the Membership Booth by following the path between the two lion statues. You will signin on a Volunteer Group Agreement and we will walk up to the Historic Farm together.

Bring your Master Gardener or Intern badge, a pair of gloves, and a bottle of water. Tools and snacks will be provided. Work ends at 12:00pm or whenever you need to leave.

Call or email me at grassmere@mgofdc.org if you have questions or to let us know you are coming. We hope to see you Saturday!
