Event by Tennessee Native Plant Society

Paula Gross is the co-author—with Larry Mellichamp—of both "The Southeast Native Plant Primer" and "Bizarre Botanicals." For July's Tennessee Native Plant Society online seminar, Paula will share how to choose the "Best Tree for Your Garden."

Paula teaches horticulture as an adjunct professor at Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, North Carolina. As the former associate director of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte Botanical Gardens, she co-led the growth of the gardens and greenhouses and led the creation of children’s and adult programs, with the goal of building meaningful and diverse relationships between plants and people.

Seminars:
The Tennessee Native Plant Society hosts monthly Native Plant Seminars. These seminars are held via Zoom on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Central Time (7:30 p.m. Eastern Time) and lasting about one hour. All members, and potential members, are welcome to join the meeting at no cost. The link to join this seminar is HERE
