Boxwood Trimming with Hand Tool Maintenance Demonstration

Join us for another Earn & Learn opportunity at the City Cemetery, led by MGofDC's Mary Boyd.

First, learn and discuss boxwood disease, clouding technique and a demonstration of proper hand tool care.

Folllowed by a work day with the many boxwoods in the cemetery.

Bring your loppers, pruners and shears so we may clean and sharpen them before we cloud the boxwoods.

Please meet at the Keeble building. Parking is at the Keeble Building or along Oak Street, north of the cemetery.

This event will not be cancelled due to cold weather. Only rain morning of will keep us from the demonstration.
